首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京中醫(yī)醫(yī)院腎病科是國家中醫(yī)藥管理局及北京市中醫(yī)管理局重點?？?，北京中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會腎病專業(yè)委員會主委單位，首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)腎病學(xué)系委員單位，藥物臨床試驗管理基地，國家中醫(yī)藥管理局在我科設(shè)立全國名老中醫(yī)張炳厚教授傳承工作室。腎病科自建院時成立至今，擁有姚正平、張子珍、張炳厚等眾多名老中醫(yī)，目前全科有醫(yī)師25名，護(hù)士17名，技師1名，其中高級職稱醫(yī)師14名，博士研究生8名，博士后3名，博士后合作導(dǎo)師1名，碩士研究生導(dǎo)師3名。擁有全國名老中醫(yī)1名，北京市衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)第五批高層次衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)計劃（“215人才”）1名，北京市中醫(yī)藥管理局人才培養(yǎng)計劃（“125人才”）4名，北京中醫(yī)醫(yī)院杏林優(yōu)才2名，國家級名老中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)繼承人10人，北京市名老中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)繼承人1人。 　　腎病科設(shè)有門診、病房、血液凈化中心、搶救室、腹膜透析治療室、結(jié)腸透析室、藥浴室及中醫(yī)綜合治療室，臨床注重中醫(yī)與西醫(yī)相結(jié)合，中醫(yī)特色突出濃厚，對疑難腎臟病診治經(jīng)驗豐富，制訂了一整套具有中醫(yī)特色的治療急、慢性腎衰竭，糖尿病腎病，膜性腎病，慢性腎炎，腎病綜合征，泌尿系統(tǒng)感染，紫癜性腎炎等疾病的診療方案，擅長運用中醫(yī)藥治療激素依賴及抵抗的難治性腎病綜合征，再發(fā)性泌尿系感染，糖尿病腎病，慢腎衰等疾病。同時腎病科開展中藥灌腸、結(jié)腸灌洗、結(jié)腸滴注、中藥藥浴、足浴、穴位敷貼、超聲透藥等多項中醫(yī)特色療法。針對終末期腎臟病及危重患者，還開展了血液透析、血液灌流、持續(xù)床旁血濾、腹膜透析等腎臟替代治療方式。 　　腎病科目前開展了慢性腎衰竭、糖尿病腎病、膜性腎病、腎病綜合征、終末期腎衰竭血管通路等專病門診。腎病科以維護(hù)和增進(jìn)患者健康為己任，為患者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的醫(yī)療服務(wù)！ 　　Nephrology Department of Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital The Nephrology Department is an important clinical discipline of both Beijing administration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the State Administration of TCM, which is focusing on the combination of TCM and Western medicine with the highlight of Traditional Chinese treatment. There are 24 doctors totally, 50% of whom are senior level, 5 doctors, 3 post-doctors and 12 masters. Famous TCM doctor ZhangBingHou office, clinic, ward，blood purification center, rescue room， Chinese comprehensive treatment are settled in this department, which provide a complete solution for Chinese treatment including acute&chronic renal failure, diabetic nephropathy, chronic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, the infection of urinary system, and anaphylactic purpura ephritis, with significant curative effect on difficult on Nephrotic syndrome, recurrent urinary tract infections, diabetes, kidney disease and slow renal failure. In a meanwhile, the Nephrology Department developed special Chinese treatment such as Chinese medicine enema, colon lavage, herbal medicine bath, foot bath, acupoint sticking, ultrasonic medicine, and also provides Hemodialysis, perfusion, Blood filter, peritoneal dialysis for the severe patients. The Nephrology Department takes the responsibility of enhancing the patients’ healthy and providing a high quality, high efficiency health service.
