暨南大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院誕生之日起，即設(shè)立了急診科。隨著暨南大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院急診科醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展，為滿足社會的需要，目前醫(yī)院急救中心已形成包括急診科、院前急救和急診監(jiān)護(hù)病房（EICU）三位一體的急診醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系（EMSS）。暨南大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院技術(shù)力量雄厚，擁有博士2名，碩士6名，主任醫(yī)師1人，副主任醫(yī)師3人，主治醫(yī)師4人，住院醫(yī)師多名?？剖已b備齊全，設(shè)備先進(jìn)，擁有救護(hù)車2輛及呼吸機(jī)、監(jiān)護(hù)儀、自動(dòng)心肺復(fù)蘇儀、除顫器、洗胃機(jī)、心電圖機(jī)、快速血糖自動(dòng)測定儀等設(shè)備，完全能滿足各種急救和重大災(zāi)難事故搶救的需要。 　　The center of critical care was set up with the birth of the hospital. Along with the development of the medical science of first aid and the increasing need of the society, the center of critical care has built up emergency medical service system (EMSS), including department of emergency , first aid before admission to the hospital and emergency intensive care unit(EICU). The technology force our center of critical care is so rich that we have 2 Doctors, 6 Masters, 1 chief physician, 3 associate chief physicians,4 attending doctors and a few of resident physicians. And we possess many advanced equipment, including 2 ambulances, respirator, monitor, automatic cardio-pulmonary resuscitation apparatus, defibrillator, gastro-washing machine, electroencephalogram machine ,rapid blood sugar measuring apparatus and so on. We are fully capable for the needs of first aid in multi-aspects and in the great tragedies. We were highly praised by the Guangzhou Health bureau and the patients in the past cases.
